Nist Family Fund Scholarship
Mission Statement: The mission of the Nist Family Scholarship Fund is to support, promote and encourage the educational pursuits & goals of children and grandchildren directly associated with employees of Seattle-Tacoma Box Company and associated companies, SeaCa Packaging, SeaCa Plastic Packaging, and Commencement Bay Corrugated, with scholarship funds to help build future generations.
Scholarship Timeline
December 1st: Applications can be found through the link below.
April 1st: Applications are due for review by committee to stbscholarship@seattlebox.com.
May 1st: One applicant will be chosen for the scholarship per company – STB, SeaCa & CBC.
Nist Family Fund Community Sponsorship
Mission Statement: The mission of the Nist Family Fund is to help support and sustain vibrant and healthy communities in the Great Puget Sound region. To accomplish its purpose, the Fund invests in strong community-based organizations that support families in our communities.
The 2019 Christmas Giving and 2020 STB Golf Tournament recipient chosen was Vine Maple Place; an organization whose mission is to assist families in crisis by helping single parents and their children build lives of safety, stability, and greater economic sufficiency.
